Best Investments Siding and Windows’ lifetime warranty covers not only the window panes but for window seal failure, a feature that sets owner Jerry Gerald apart from his competition. It’s worked. He’s been in business for 37 years.
Jerry explains that people tend to believe that their lifetime warranty covers the entire window, including the seals, but sometimes learn the hard way that that isn’t the case. “Best Investments Siding and Windows only sells windows that are covered for seal failure. “We can lower people’s utility bills up to $100 a month by putting in insulated windows,” Jerry says. “Insulated windows do more than just cut down on your electric bill. They cut down on your dust, they cut down on noise; it’s quieter in thehouse. I don’t sell a window unless it has a lifetime warranty on seal failure. Most of those seals fail within five to seven years.” This attitude lends credence to the company’s slogan:
A name you can trust, a company that backs its warranty.
Best Investments Siding and Windows has won the Better Business Bureau’s Award of Excellence for the 8th year in a row. “We’re not a fly-by-night company. We’ve had the same telephone number for over 30 years,” Jerry attests.
